Seiring dengan perjalanan waktu, Perseroan melalui entitas anaknya juga telah memproduksi produk kosmetik dan produk konsumen sejak tahun 1977.

TEMPO SCAN MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – FOR MANUFACTURING DIVISION

• Tempo Scan Management Trainee is a platform for young talents to become future leaders in Tempo Scan Group. These best young talents would become key to the company to ensure the sustainability of business in the future. We have five streams in this program: Production, Engineering, Quality, PPIC, and Finance Manufacturing.

MANUFACTURING DIVISION

• Tempo Scan Manufacturing Division remains as an essential part within Tempo Scan’s long term business strategy and portfolio. Tempo Scan commenced a large-scale commercial production of pharmaceutical products in 1970. In 1977 Tempo Scan through its subsidiary companies expanded its operations to include production of consumer products and cosmetics and in 2014 started production of nutritional products. Currently, all of the Tempo Scan’s 12 manufacturing facilities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) required by the Indonesian Ministry of Health.

Who We Are Looking For?

General Requirements:

• Age Max 25 Yrs. (Bachelor’s Degree) and 27 Yrs. (Master’s Degree)
  Fresh graduate / Experienced max 2 years
  Actively involved as a leader in organizational activities/committee
  Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  Excellent presentation skills, Microsoft Office, and general computer skills
  Willing to be located nationwide.

Posisi Loker :

1. Production (Code: TSMT MNF – PROD)

Specific Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Food Technology and Agriculture) or Apothecary/Pharmacy with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Special for Apothecary/Pharmaceutical background, should have basic knowledge on CPOB
  Passionate about manufacturing process and improvement

2. Quality (Code: TSMT MNF – QTY)

Specific Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy/Apothecary or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Special for Apothecary/Pharmaceutical background, should have basic knowledge on CPOB
  Passionate about handling quality in the manufacture area

3. Engineering (Code: TSMT MNF – ENG)

Specific Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Passionate on handling manufacturing machinery and utility equipment

4. PPIC (Code: TSMT MNF – PPIC)

Specific Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Passionate about production planning and willing to work at the manufacturing site

5. Finance (Code: TSMT MNF – FIN)

Specific Qualification :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  Passionate about accounting, finance, tax, and costing
  Have knowledge and interest in Financial Reports, Cost Accounting, and Tax regulation
