PT Astra Visteon Indonesia mempunyai fasilitas produksi yang berlokasi di daerah Citeureup, Bogor. Perusahaan ini memproduksi komponen kelistrikan kendaraan seperti Spedometer, Head Unit, dan lainnya.

Job Description :

Ensuring the review process (PDCA) and the achievement of targets is executed at all levels.
Create, process, analyze, report and document the results of the review (achievement strategy and targets) in detail along with their implementation at the director level.
Facilitating PDCA meetings in all work units.
Analyze and interpret various kinds of data
Facilitating activities related to Annual Strategic Planning, Strategy Alignment, and Creating Corporate Activity Plan
Creating and monitoring the reports for Business Plan, Company Performance & Strategy Review (internal and external)
Analyze existing business processes using various methods such as gap analysis or PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act)
Coordinate and lead key projects for improvement across all levels of the organization
Monitoring progress in order to check if changes yield desirable results
Measure standards at the start of a project and then compare actual project results against these, regularly generating detailed update reports for management
Provide, compile and analyze data used for business planning
Develop and create dashboards that are used to monitor the achievement of corporate and business unit KPIs
Monitoring KPI achievement through performance dashboard
Be involved and be responsible for organizing the QCC QCP Event, starting from giving the pre-convention, to the AOP Innovation Event convention.

Requirement:

Maximum age is 26 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Industrial Engineering with GPA 3.00
Minimum 3-4 years experience on the same position
Strong in analytical thinking and excel
Have good understanding in business / business strategic / system improvement
Understand and be able to apply the concepts of PDCA (Plan Do Check Action) and Continuous Improvement/Kaizen/Lean
Have good analytical and conceptual skills, able to work in multi-tasking and teamwork.
Dynamic, creative, interpersonal communication, integrity, fighting spirit and high self-confidence.
Have a knowledge of Black Belt, Green Belt, Six Sigma, Business Strategy, and Manufacturing Business Processes is an advantage.
Proficient in English language
