PT Sannohashi Manufacturing Indonesia mulai beroprasi pada tahun 2016 dengan pelanggan utamanya yaitu Nissan Motor Co.Ltd & Nissan Group Companies, Isuzu Motors Limited / Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd, Hino Motors, Ltd. / Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, Komatsu Ltd.
PRODUCTION ENGINEERING STAFF
Qualifications:
Man (Max 30 years old)
Minimum D3 Engineering (SMK Considered)
Able to read technical drawings and customer standards.
Able to operate AutoCAD & Lathe (Mesin Bubut).
Can use measuring tools.
Understand the manufacturing process.
Familiar with die forging, pressing, threading and understand dies maintenance system.
Understand ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
Have experience in the field of engineering at least 2 years
Preferably can speak Japanese
Job Desk:
Control and Maintenance Production Dies.
Control Internal Document.
Redraw activity.
Internal Trouble Control.
Improve activity for production area.
PPAP document handling.
Make summary dies cost.
Support trial phase process for mass production new project.
