Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or similar communication field
  Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing field such as digital advertising, social media/content creator, event coordinator (webinar, seminar, exhibition, etc.)
  Broad knowledge of digital platforms, social media landscape and technologies
  Have interest in digital platforms (particularly in social media)
  Good writing, editing, and proof-reading skills
  Ability to do coordination and event arrangement such as webinar, seminar and exhibition
  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  Strong team player with a proactive attitude, have a creative and innovative mind to collaborate with other members
  Detail oriented to handle multiple works and can finished the job within the deadline
  Fluent in English
  IT Infrastructure Junior Staff

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitors and analyzes user requests, evaluates and applies solutions.
  Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.
  Troubleshoots any IT technical issues and resolves in a courteous, professional, and timely manner in person or via email, telephone and/or other electronic medium, Installing and maintaining operating environments.
  Ensuring operating environments stay safe and secure.
  Updating any software and hardware where necessary.
  Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor in Information Technology
  Minimal 1-3 years of working experience in the IT field
  Knowledge required: IT Network, Windows Server Environment, Virtual Private Networks, PABX, CCTV, IT Technical Support
  Hard Skills & Ability required: IT Network development and maintenance, Windows server development and maintenance, Virtual Private Networks development and maintenance, PABX Installation and maintenance, CCTV installation and maintenance
  Computer Skills required: Infrastructure and Networking
  can work as a team
  Good command in English
